Lack of access to available resources and services can be a barrier for the succesful transition from school to work. This website will serve as a database for acquiring and determining available services as students prepare for life beyond high school.

I think your idea of creating a website that offers resources for students and families promoting the transition from school to work is an excellent idea. Having several resources linked to a single website would make it easy for parents and students to navigate through the resources and other sites. Amy
